All orders within the USA are shipped via UPS. Please use the shipping estimator located in My Orders to find out approximate costs.

Orders will be shipped within three to five business days of placing your order.

Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder.

You can still place an order for your Naloxbox to secure your place in our queue, but if orders exceed our warehouse stock, you may need to wait longer for your delivery. Once stock becomes available, we will allocate that stock to your order based on your place in the queue and ship your order right away. We will keep you posted via email on the progress in the queue.

You may cancel your backorder as long as your order has not been packaged and/or shipped to you. To determine if your order can be cancelled, please email info@naloxbox.org

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Please note: Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
